This multi-pronged project explored every angle of the new hire experience and gently unfurled a new approach to the satisfaction of the HR partners who would assume ownership.
-An increasingly outdated, overstuffed PowerPoint presentation was fashioned into a dynamic, surprising journey using Prezi.
-Policies and paperwork were transformed from an anonymous, binder-clipped brick into a branded, meticulously organized, slender folder (bonus reduction of shipping costs).
-Each form was explored in depth through cross-functional collaboration with its department of origin (e.g. payroll). Numerous clarifications and consolidations were uncovered to bring them in line with current processes.
-Every detail – down to the name cards – was workshopped and elevated with minimal process changes for resistant stakeholders.
